Norman Harris MD
ABOUT DR. HARRIS
Dr. Norman Harris is a Kansas native, and graduated with distinction from the University of Kansas in 1980 and University of Kansas Medical School in 1984.
He completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residences with honors at the University of Kansas in 1989. He was selected to be the hand/microsurgery fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1990 and was an instructor in surgery for Harvard Medical School.
CERTIFICATIONS
Dr. Harris is certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Inc., and earned a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery in 1995. Dr. Harris is an active member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a fellow of The American College of Surgeons from 1994-2022.
EXPERIENCE
After ten years of a private practice in Clearwater, Florida, Dr. Harris moved to Roanoke in 2000 and has built a successful private practice. Dr. Harris is on staff at the LewisGale Medical Center, is an associate professor of plastic surgery at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Medical Director of the Belle Santé Cosmetic Day Spa, Roanoke, VA.

LOCATION: Dr. Harris’ office is located at 5115 Bernard Drive, Suite 303, Roanoke, Virginia in the Penn Forest Corporate Center. The building is located off Electric Road/419, across from the Roanoke County Administration Center. Here’s a map.
PARKING: There is plenty of free parking in the parking lot located on the south side of the building. Enter the building under the green canopy and take the elevator to the 3rd floor to get to Dr. Harris’ office.
